Cucumber and mint salad

Here’s a perfect appetizer recipe for summer : quick and easy cucumber and mint salad.



-1 cucumber

-75 ml of liquid cream

-3 tablespoons of  cream

-A dozen mint leaves

-1 clove of garlic



1-Start by washing and peeling the cucumber.

2-Cut it into large slices and remove the seeds.

3-Cut the slicers into small cubes. Once the cucumber cubes are cut, drain them in a colander. Let the cucumber drain for 5 to 10 minutes.

4-Once well drained, pour the cubs of cucumber into a small bowl. Add the chopped mint, chopped garlic clove and creams. Salt and mix well.

5-The cucumber and mint salad recipe is finished, let the verrines cool at least 1 hour in the fridge.
