Zucchini flans with coconut milk

Ingredients for about 8 ramekins:
-800 g zucchini
-100 ml coconut milk
-100 ml liquid cream
-some branches of coriander
-1 clove of garlic
-Salt and pepper
1- Start by preheating your oven to 160°C.
2- Wash the zucchini and grate them.
3- Then, take a salad bowl and mix the grated zucchini with the coconut milk, the cream, the coriander and the chopped garlic.
4-In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them.
5-Add the beaten eggs to the salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Pour the blanks into ramekins and put them in the oven for about 20 minutes.
