Here’s a quick, easy and healthy recipe for classic cherry clafoutis! In the traditional recipe, butter is usually added. In this recipe, there is no fat (except milk fat), but the recipe is still good!
-500 g cherries
-150 g flour
-400 ml milk
-80 g cane sugar
1-Start by preheating your oven to 170°C.
2-Then, in a bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar and vanilla.
3-Add the flour and then the milk, mix well.
4-Finally, in a buttered mould, put the cherries (on one level) and pour the dough over it.
5-Bake for about 30 minutes.
Your cherry clafoutis recipe is ready! You can eat it warm or cold.
Tip: I recommend you to leave the cherry pits in, so that cherries will reject less water.
