Chocolate coconut cake
Here’s my recipe for chocolate coconut cake.
This recipe is fast, simple and healthy! The coconut taste is brought by the coconut oil, which replaces the butter. For coconut lovers, it is possible to add coconut shavings.
-120 g flour
-80 g cane sugar
-1 plain yoghurt
-1/2 bag of yeast
-60 g almond powder
-45 g chocolate powder (unsweetened)
-100 ml of milk
-30 g coconut oil
1-Begin by preheating your oven to 180°C, and butter your mould with a little coconut oil.
2-In a first bowl, mix the yoghurt and the caster sugar.
3-Whip the two eggs in a bowl, then pour them into the salad bowl containing the yoghurt-sugar mixture. Mix everything together.
4-Melt the solid coconut oil in the microwave, then pour it into the mixture and mix.
4-Now, in a second bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, almond powder and chocolate powder.
5-Pour the contents of the first bowl into the second bowl little by little. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous texture.
6-Pour the dough into your mould and bake the cake for 20 minutes.
Your healthy chocolate coconut cake is ready!
