Asparagus soup

Here’s my recipe of my asparagus soup.

The recipe is creamy, very easy and healthy!

 

Ingredients:

-500 gr of potatoes

-500 g fresh white asparagus

-4 tablespoons of coconut cream

-Salt

 

Preparation:

1-Begin by putting water to boil in a pot.

2-After having peeled the potatoes, place them in the boiling water of the casserole.

3-Now, do the same with the asparagus.

4- Let the vegetables cook for about 30 minutes (the potatoes have started to cook before the asparagus because the asparagus take longer to cook than the potatoes).

5-Once your vegetables are tender, mix them with a hand blender.

6- All you have to do now is season: salt and add the coconut cream. Mix well.

 

Your healthy  asparagus soup recipe is ready!
