Apple-banana crumble recipe

Here is an apple-banana crumble recipe , quick, healthy and very easy to make! ( that you will love)

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

For the garnish:

-3 apples

-1 banana

-1 tsp of cinnamon

 

For the shortbread:

-50 g oat flakes

-40 g flour

-35 g cane sugar

-30 g almond chips

-2 tsp coconut oil (solid)

-3 tablespoons of milk

-1 tsp cinnamon

 

PREPARATION:

 

1-Begin by preheating your oven to 180°C.

2-Then, wash and peel the apples. Then cut them into pieces and do the same with the banana.

3-In a bowl, mix the fruits by adding a teaspoon of cinnamon.

4-Now, you can prepare the shortbread. Mix all the dry ingredients: oat flakes, flour, sugar, almond chips and cinnamon. Then add the 3 tablespoons of milk and mix. Then, after melting the coconut oil in the microwave, you can add it to the preparation. Mix well.

5-Your shortbread is ready! All you have to do is to fill a dish with the fruits and cover it with the shortbread.

6-You can put it in the oven for about 35 minutes.

Tip: You can replace the almond flakes with hazelnut flakes, for example, or even mix the both . You can also adjust the amount of cinnamon.
