Healthy banana and oatmeal muffins recipe
Here’s a recipe for healthy banana and oatmeal muffins, the recipe is quick and easy to make! Muffins are a classic pastry, but we have to say that it’s not very light^^With this recipe, you can feast without feeling guilty!
INGREDIENTS FOR 6 MUFFINS:
-2 tbsp whole wheat flour
-5 tbsp oatmeal
-1 tbsp honey
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp coconut oil (solid)
-Pinch of salt
1-Start by peeling your banana and mashing it in a bowl.
2-Then add your egg and mix it all together. Then add the honey.
3-Once your mixture is homogeneous, you can now add the dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, oatmeal, grated coconut and yeast (you can also add a small pinch of salt). Mix everything well.
4-Finally, melt your coconut oil in the microwave and add it to the preparation.
5-After having filled your small moulds, you can put them in the oven for about fifteen minutes (you can adjust the time be according to your oven).
Your healthy banana and oatmeal muffins recipe is now ready to eat!
Tip: If you don’t have whole wheat flour, no problem! You can easily replace it with another flour. The same applies for honey, which you can replace with cane sugar, wholemeal sugar…
