Carrot, Clementine, Avocado and Pumpkin Seed Salad
Here is a healthy salad recipe with carrots, clementines, avocado and pumkin seed.
This mixture is not very common. At first sight the flavours may not seem to blend together. However, you will quickly change your mind once you try it! You will find a little pep with the freshness and acidity of the clementine.
-3 carrots/4 small carrots
-1 to 2 tbsp of pumpkin seed
1-Start by peeling the carrots and cut them into small pieces.
2-Then peel the clementines and cut the quarters in half.
3-Peel the avocado and cut it into small pieces as well.
4-You can now mix all the ingredients and season them to your liking (ex: you can add a dash of lemon juice…).
Tip: Don’t hesitate to add some lemon juice if you don’t eat your healthy salad recipe right away to keep your avocado pieces fresh.
