Toast curd cheese and fruits

Here’s a healthy and quick snack recipe:

 

Ingredients for 1 person:

-White cheese

-1 fruit of your choice

-1 slice of wholemeal bread

-Almonds/Hazelnuts

-Dark chocolate 85%/70%.

 

Preparation:

1-Start by spreading a little cottage cheese on the slice of bread.

2-Cut the fruit (a pear for example) and arrange the pieces on the toast.

3-Dispose a few pieces of crushed almonds/hazelnuts.

4-To finish, melt dark chocolate, and put a little bit on top of it.

Your quick snack recipe is ready to eat!
