Tips: This recipe is perfect to take away into a lunchbox! There are many possibilities to do for a One pot pasta recipe.

Ingredients:

-250G wholemeal pasta

-Small cubes of salmon

-A good quantity of fresh spinach leaves

 

Preparation:

1-I pour pasta in a wok/stove with water to cook them.

2-Once the pasta cooked, I can add my smalls cubes of salmon. I let them cook low heat to make the excess of water evaporate.

3-When there is just some water left, I can add the fresh spinach (a big quantity because it reduces during the cooking).

4-I let all the water evaporate during the cooking. Your One pot pasta ‘s recipe is ready!
